Description - Kalidasu (Sushant) turns orphan after his father (Nagababu), who was a sincere police officer dies in the hands of a factionist contractor (GV) in Rayalaseema. Kalidasu goes in search of Mirchi after finding Dev's photo in her mobile, only to find that he was already killed by Pratap and his men and the reason behind it is the instigation by a political leader (Rajan P Dev) and Mirchi's original name is Archana and she is a rich girl. A mass film need not necessarily be one without a story or substance. But many filmmakers in their hurry to pack the movie with formulaic ingredients ,generally forget the thing called a realistic story. In the event, what happens is a senseless mishmash of action and romance all in the name of entertainment.
Pandu seems a good example of that. The film has every facet of filmmaking sans a good story. And that in the end proves a major handicap.
The story is about the eponymous hero Pandu (Jagapathy Babu) and his love with TV show anchor Anjali (Sneha).Trouble comes in the form of a rogue politician who has a covetous eye on Anjali. When she rebuffs him, she is jailed on a foisted charge. So steps in Pandu to help her and bring the nefararious activities of the politician out in the open.
Madan (Simbu) is a simple man. He joins college where Jyothika too studies. Jyothika dreams of a boy who practically rapes her in her dream, tying her hands and legs to the cot. The moment she sees this man Madan, she is terrified. At the same time there is news that a boy looking like Madan is serial killer. Police capture Madan and interrogate. Madan denies he is that person. But says there is another person who must have done this. Then a flashback follows, showing look alike of Madan but with different make up in a college. One day he falls by the side of a bus. When he looks up into the bus, he finds a good-looking girl named Vaishnavi (Sindhu), whom he instantly loves. Chase of the girl reveals she is the daughter of a man living in Muscut and is in the care of her uncle. When a day comes for her to express her love to him, she writes it on the wall. But he also gets the rumor that she is in love with Seenu. When he goes to her house and looks into a room secretly he finds she is having sex with Seenu. Both talk about Manmadha as a fool. He becomes angry and kills both the girl and her boy friend. Then he comes to his brother Madan and tells him what happened. Saying he committed a mistake, he goes into a room bolts the door and hangs to the fan ceiling and dies. Now Madan takes that job of cleaning the society of cheating women. But denies in the court that he has anything to do with killings. The court frees Madan and asks police to search for the real culprit.

Somewhere in Ratnagiri, Geologist Ranganna (Madala Rangarao) predicts granite in the fields of Ratnagiri. Getting a hint of this, Purushotham tries to acquire the lands. Ranganna tries to stop it and in the process gets killed. Rajani (Gurlin Chopra) attempts to kill Purushotham. But as a security to the minister, Satyam shoots at Rajani. The movie takes several twists from there before coming to an end.
Professor Rajaji (Rajendra Prasad) gives an interesting advertisement that anyone who became hopeless in their life could come and meet him. Ten members meet him and express their wish to commit suicide. Instead of stopping them from it, he expresses his wish to end his life too. He makes a plan. He instructs them all to meet the next day morning to Indira Park. Chinna who is one among the ten members is astonished with RajajiÂs proposal and scolds him for encouraging the people for suicide. Police come to know about the suicide plot through ChinnaÂs diary. The news is out through the media. Sunil (Nasser) is appointed as a special officer to investigate this issue. Disappointed at heart, Anjali gives consent to the alliance brought by her father (Shayaji Shinde). She is still in love with Balu. Though she gets engaged she cannot forget Balu and her feelings for him. Her friend comes to her rescue and encourages her to listen to her heart rather than mind. With her encouragement Anjali makes a plan to rope in Balu to act as a lover for her to escape from the unwanted marriage. In that act she changes his attitude towards love and the lovers are united. But naturally this act anger the girl's father. How the lovers get united and the story ends happily..watch it on the silver screen.
