LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE WITH ZERO MEDICATION

NATURE has bestowed us everything to mankind in order to lead a Happy Life. For leading a happy life, one has to maintain Good Health to reap the benefits of Nature available to us. For achieving this one has to observe the following Guidelines for leading a stable & Healthy Living.

1.

Drink 2 to 4 glasses of water soon after rising from the Bed. During the course of day, a minimum of 12 glasses of water has to be consumed. Do not drink water during meals.

2.
After meals relax in VAJRASAN for 5 to 15 minutes, which helps for better digestion & Assimilation. Try to avoid worries and be relaxed when you go to bed.
3.
Try to indulge in any form of exercise, yoga / Breathing exercises / walking / Jogging for 30 minutes every day.
4.
Take only 2 cooked meals per day for breakfast only Raw diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, sprouts, dates, nuts, dry fruits. Limit oil consumption to 3 tablespoons per day.
5.
Avoid Refined food products ? Polished Rice, Maida, Bombay Rawa, sugar. As they cause obesity, Diabetes, Heart Problems, Cancer.
6.

Avoid artificially stored and prepared items ? Bakery foods, Soft Drinks etc.

7.
While taking food don't engage your mind ? arguments, watching T.V.
8.
Breathe deeply and always maintain erect posture.
9.
Avoid late dinners, heavy meals very hot & cold food.
10.
Do not fry or over cook vegetables only to be steamed.
11.
Ratio of cereals & vegetables is 1: 1
12.

Do not peel vegetables just scrap (for more fibre)

13.
Reduce salt to minimum possible ½ teaspoon per day
   
RULES OF PRANAYAMA

Utter the mantra AUM a little loudly and repeat the same several times before doing pranayama.

1.

Begin pranayama with empty stomach or 3 to 4 hours later after food select a clean and peaceful place. Sit either in Padmasana or Vajrasana pose according to your convenience.

2.
In the beginning pranayama should be done for 5 to 10 minutes to be increased slowly in course of time. Sit in an errect position by keeping your spine and neck straight.

Maintain a specific number of NASAL respiration and the timing for each of them as per advice.

Food taken should be SATWIK which means simple food without spices

5. Methods of PRANAYAMA vary according to seasons to suit your physical make up and mental attitude.

Pranayama helps to control the entire Breathing process in order to maintain mental equilibrium and concentration of mind. It will also control DIABETES, OBESITY, HYPERTENSION, PSORIASIS, and other chronic diseases. If you feel fatigued, take rest for some time and then begin deep breathing, which will remove the fatigue.
